Credits are used as follows:

• AI Assistant Response Costs:
  • 1 credit for GPT-3.5 usage.
  • 5 credits for GPT-4O usage.
  • etc.
• Video/Audio Training Costs:
  • 1 credit per minute for training with video (including YouTube) or audio files.
• Tool Invocation Costs:
  • Each tool has its own number of credits charged. We strive to keep the cost as low as possible so you get the most value at the right price. For more details please visit the subscription page in your account
  • Charges apply only when tools are used; no charge for unused configured tools.

Of course not! As long as you have a subscription active, your credits will remain in your balance so every month you unblock the number of credits associated with your subscription.

For example, if at the end of the first month you have in your balance 1430 credits and you are on the Starter plan, in the next month you will receive 1500 more credits so you’ll have in your balance 2930 credits.

Credits from the Free Plan expire every month.

Your credits are topped up at the start of every calendar month regardless of when you subscribed. So if you subscribe on the 15th of June, your credits will be added to your balance on the 1st of July.

Not at all! Feel free to upload as many documents or videos as your heart desires.

That said, for optimal results, we suggest setting up specialized AI Assistants for different domains. Then, link all of them together in an AI Team. By dividing the workload among specialized assistants, you’ll enjoy more precise and accurate responses. It’s all about working smarter!

Worried about data access? No problem! You can fine-tune what your assistant can see by setting up an extractor for your API response. For instance, if you have an API method GET /orders and you only want assistant to access the order’s status, you can simply extract the status. This way, only the necessary information is relayed back to the user.
