Knowledge Base Management
September marked the launch of a powerful new feature: Knowledge Base Management. This feature allows you to create and manage multiple knowledge bases, which can now be assigned across multiple AI Assistants. Here’s why this is a game-changer:
- AI Assistant with Multiple Knowledge Bases: An AI Assistant can now utilize multiple knowledge bases at once. It intelligently selects the most relevant one for your query or uses all of them, depending on the context. This flexibility significantly improves the accuracy and relevance of AI responses, especially for businesses with complex datasets.
- Reuse Knowledge Bases: You can reuse knowledge bases across AI Assistants, making it easier to scale and maintain consistency across your different AI systems. No more rebuilding knowledge bases for each assistant—just create once and assign to many.
This enhanced knowledge management system not only saves time but also ensures your AI agents are better equipped to handle specific queries with precise, relevant information.
UI & UX Improvements
We’ve made several user interface and experience enhancements this past month. The goal? To simplify your interactions with Cubeo AI and make it easier to manage multiple teams, AI Assistants, and knowledge bases.
- Streamlined Navigation: Now, switching between teams, AI Assistants, and knowledge bases is faster and more intuitive. Whether you’re creating new knowledge bases or managing existing ones, the interface is designed to keep everything accessible and easy to navigate.
- Easier Creation: Creating AI Assistants or knowledge bases has never been easier, thanks to our improved design. A more intuitive layout helps you manage complex operations with minimal friction.
Improved RAG Pipeline
We’ve also optimized our Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipeline, which is a critical process in ensuring your AI Assistant selects the most relevant documents before sending them to the language model. This update means your AI will provide even more accurate responses based on the best possible data.

We’re always working on exciting new features to keep Cubeo AI at the cutting edge of AI innovation. Here’s a preview of what’s in development:
- Train Knowledge Bases with SPA Websites: Soon, you’ll be able to train your knowledge bases using data from Single Page Applications (SPA) websites, giving your AI access to dynamic content for even better responses.
- Webhooks: We’re introducing webhooks, which will notify you when your AI Assistant completes an action. You’ll receive real-time updates, making it easier to track tasks and outcomes automatically.
- Long Term Memory (Beta): In development is the Long Term Memory feature, allowing your AI to remember information across multiple conversations. For example, if you describe your ideal customer in one interaction, the AI will retain and apply that knowledge in future conversations across different assistants.
